This is Yokota's pre-printed piece of White cotton with a pattern of design #8 Linked Crosses and Origami Crane, very handy for learning sashiko.

This type of cloth is called a "fukin" (pronounced foo-keen), or little hand towel.

The fabric measures 12.75" x 12.75" (31 cm x 31 cm) folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out.

INCLUDED in this kit: washout ink cloth sampler, English instructions, palm thimble, thread and two sizes of needles.
