For deliveries to Hawaii, please expect a longer wait as we have observed orders taking an average of 2 weeks to arrive.

Order cancellations are accepted up to 24hrs after the order confirmation, just send us an email.

If your package goes missing in the mail, contact us and we will let you know what steps to take next. Let's work together to locate your package. 

"I don't like the color/fit/style. Can I return it?" 
We may accept returns if they are unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, etc. If you were eligible for free shipping when you placed your order, we will deduct that cost when we receive your return and process your refund. 

Returns are conditional, not automatic. We do not offer free returns unless the item shipped was incorrect or damaged in transit.

We do not offer returns for used items, digital patterns, or books.
