"I don't like the color/fit/style. Can I return it?"
We may accept returns if they are unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, etc. If you were eligible for free shipping when you placed your order, we will deduct that cost when we receive your return and process your refund.
Returns are CONDITIONAL, not automatic. We do not offer free returns unless the item shipped was incorrect or damaged in transit. We do not offer returns for used items, digital patterns, or books.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves the USA. Insurance is included for orders over $20, but it may take 45-120 days to file a claim, depending on where you live.
YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE IMPORT DUTY TAXES. We have no control over this.
