Yokota - Kawari Shippou (Cloisonné Circles) Cotton Sashiko Fukin Sampler Cloth - White

This is a pre-printed piece of White cotton cloth with a pattern of Cloisonné Circles (evoking an ancient enamel technique where thin metal wires are soldered to a metal base to create a design's "partitions" or cloison, which are then filled with colored glass paste or enamel and fired), very handy for learning sashiko stitching.
Instructions are in Japanese, but easy to follow.
The printed design measures 12.75" x 12.75" (31 cm x 31 cm) and is printed with dye that will wash out.
The fabric is twice as long, so you can fold it in half for two layers, or make a pillow with the rest of the fabric as a backing.
