This is a pre-printed piece of white 100% cotton fabric with a sashiko design of "Chiyogami". Enjoy a variety of patterns on one cloth. This Matching Patterns collection allows you to enjoy multiple patterns on one cloth. You can enjoy matching colors by combining different patterns and stitching directions.
Skill level: beginner to intermediate.

Instructions are in Japanese but easy to follow. You can complete this kit with one skein of sashiko thread, but may choose to use more than one color for added contrast.
The fabric measures 13" x 13" (33 cm x 33 cm) folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out.
This type of cloth is called a "fukin" (pronounced foo-keen), or little hand towel.
