Olympus - Squirrels and Grapes Cotton Sashiko Sampler Cloth - White

This is a pre-printed piece of WHITE cotton fabric with a pattern of two squirrels among grape vines. It's very handy for learning sashiko stitching.
Instructions are in Japanese but easy to follow.
The fabric measures 12" x 12" (31 cm x 31 cm) when folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out. Sashiko needles, thread, and thimbles are also available in our shop.
This type of kit is called a "hana fukin", or hand towel. You can complete this sampler with ONE color or use more colors for added contrast. It also makes a nice little pillow!
