These Misuyabari みすや of Kyoto Sashiko Hand Sewing Needles come wrapped in a foil packet paper folded in a paper envelope. Hand made in Japan for the famous Misuyabari needle shop.
The eyes are smooth and polished, best with thinner Sashiko thread.
Packaging is in Japanese.
