Olympus - Ewase Picture Game Sashiko Cloth - White

This is a pre-printed piece of white cotton with chidori (plovers), ume (plum blossoms), and geometric shapes from a traditional picture game, or Ewase. It's very handy for learning sashiko stitching. Sashiko is a traditional Japanese style of quilting that is often used for decoration.

The fabric measures 12" x 12" (31 cm x 31 cm) folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out. Shashiko needles, thread and thimbles are also available in my shop.
